| 摘 要： | 西部大开发是邓小平“两个大局”战略的一个大局。东部地区在邓小平理论指导下 ,已经取得了丰硕成果。西部大开发是西部大发展的历史机遇 ,应在邓小平理论指导下 ,抓住机遇 ,实现西部跨越式发展。西部大开发的成功 ,必将再次证明邓小平理论的伟大意义 ,并会丰富和发展邓小平理论。
