| 摘 要： | 对大学生进行职业生涯规划教育是就业指导的一项主要内容。大学生在进行职业生涯规划过程中,在测评工具的选取,职业目标的确定,行动方案的实施等方面,普遍存在着一些问题。大学生应该进行科学的职业生涯规划,使其真正为自己的人生目标服务。
