| 摘 要： | 杨玉玲，西安政治学院军队党的建设学系中共党史教研室主任、教授、硕士研究生导师，军事学博士。1990年地方大学历史学硕士研究生毕业入伍任教，1999年起先后担任中共党史教研室副主任、主任，20年来一直参与和负责组织实施延安革命传统教学；在《光明日报》《解放军报》《中国军事科学》等报刊发表论文60多篇，出版专著、教材10多部，科研成果曾获全国“五个一工程”奖、全军优秀政治理论成果三等奖等；荣立三等功1次，被授予“全军优秀地方大学生干部”、“全国三八红旗手”称号。
