为了实现天津市工会管理干部学院关于建设工运理论研究中心、工会干部培训基地、职工素质教育基地的设计,应当着力搭建一个包括学习提高平台、成果展示平台、信息沟通平台和利益诉求平台在内的网络平台,以更大范围地发挥工会"大学校"的作用。

On the Formation of the Network Platform of the Trade Union

We should create a series of cyber platforms including a learning platform,a platform for achievement display,a platform for informative communication,and a platform for gathering the staff's requests about their benefits,to achieve the original designed purpose of the platforms by Tianjin trade union administrators' college,for researching center on workers' movements,the training base for the cadres of the trade union,the educational base for staff's quality.
