Community Building and Moving towards Moderate Prosperity

Community building in cities is a new-risen systematical project. This paper analyzes the great importance of developing urban community building to pushing the nation towards moderate prosperity. The analysis is made through a systematic exposition of expanding community service, advocating community sanitation, flourishing community culture, beatifying community environment, developing community democracy and strengthening the Party'sp building in community. The paper also emphasizes the necessity of community development and building in rural area, which theoretically aids to build a well-to-do society.
