| 摘 要： | 依法治国与以德治国,是两种不可分离的治国手段和方法,是发展社会主义市场经济的两大支柱,是铲除腐败、保持党政机关清政廉洁的两支利剑.因此,我们在坚持以法治国的同时,还必须坚持以德治国,加强社会主义伦理道德的研究和建设,推进社会主义精神文明建设,采取相应措施,将以德治国落到实处.

| Abstract: | It is undivided way and method to administer country for persisting to administer country and promoting the spiritual civilization construction of socialism. They are two supports of socialistic market economy, and two swords to get away corruption and keep the integrity. Therefore, we must persist to administer country, strengthen the discussion and construction of socialistic moral, promote the spiritual civilization construction of socialism, take relevant measures so as to take the persisting to administer country into practice when we persist to manage country by law. |
