各国警察执法保障对策比较研究

暴力抗法、暴力袭警行为不仅对人民警察的人格权、健康权乃至生命权造成直接的危害,更严重的是对公安机关、国家执法权威的藐视和亵渎。如何减少或避免警察在执法过程中伤亡,已成为社会各界尤其是警界上下关心的热点问题之一。在借鉴国外警察执法保障相关立法经验和分析我国警察执法保障现状的基础上,探索完善我国的警察执法权益保障对策：一方面,营造良好的法律环境、完善警察执法法津体系;另一方面,建立完善的人民警察维权机构,提高警察的自我防护意识等等。
