公安行政强制措施的外延研究

行政强制措施主要存在于警察法当中,是现今警察执法中使用频率最高的行政执法方式,也是执法规范最乱、违法违纪问题最多的强制方法,并且使行政强制措施成为继行政处罚之后又一个灾害发生地.本文在研究公安行政强制措施的内涵的基础上,通过研究公安行政强制外延,进而对我国现行公安法律规范中的公安行政强制措施进行梳理和思考,旨在规范公安行政强制措施,完善执法手段,促进公安机关依法强制.[1]
