| 摘 要： | 物权法的制定和实施对构建社会主义和谐社会具有重大意义。物权法是一部起支架作用的法律,有利于推动依法治国方略的实施;物权法突出了平等保护,有利于鼓励创造财富,激发社会活力;物权法体现了社会公平,有利于公平正义的维护;物权法能够调动资源的合理利用,有利于人与自然的和谐发展。物权法是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要基石。

| Abstract: | The formulation and implementation of the Property Law are of great importance to the construction of socialist harmonious society.The Property Law plays the supporting role and helps to advance the implementation of the general plan of ruling the state according to laws.It highlights equal protection,encourages wealth creation and inspires social energy.It reflects social equity and helps to safeguard fairness and justice.It also helps to utilize the resources in a reasonable way and benefits the harmonious growth of the nature and human beings.The Property Law is the important foundation for the construction of socialist harmonious society. |
