| Abstract: | The organization transform is the perpetual topic for the organization existence and development.Facing the globalization tendency which is changing from time to time and to which we must adapt ourselves,there is the tendency of some new changes occurred in the modern organizations.The concrete changes are shown as follows:the new moving direction including the flux of the organization structure,change of the organization form and the method of the organization transform. |
