| 摘 要： | 拓展训练适合干部学习的特点，有利于培养受训干部的团队意识，提高其决策能力、沟通能力、创新能力，培养其挑战自我、超越极限等良好的意志品质。作为干部教育培训形式的创新，拓展训练在培训干部素质与能力上有多方面的积极作用，但在应用中也存在着一些突出问题，必须精选培训项目，对培训项目进行适当改造，并加强师资队伍建设和管理体系建设。
