| 摘 要： | 道路交通安全宣传教育主体的单一性、形式的单调性、教育内容的非针对性和任务的突击性已适应不了形势发展的需要,必须建立社会化的道路交通安全宣传教育管理体系,创新道路交通安全宣传模式和机制,逐步提高公民的交通法制观念和交通安全意识。

| Abstract: | The features of the propaganda for the road traffic safety-- a rush job with the unitary subject, the monotonous form, and the contents without a clear aim-- are incompatible with the development of the situation. This paper argues that it is necessary that the socialized management system of the road traffic safety be established and a new mechanism be innovated so that citizens can gradually improve their sense of ruling the traffic by law and their consciousness of traffic safety. |
