| 摘 要： | 现代社会,人格权日益成为一项重要的民事权利。目前的学术著作对其阐释相对于财产法领域存在不足。王教授的《人格权法研究》一书通过对人格权制度的设计和理论探索,揭示了从传统民法到现代民法中关于“人”主体预设的转向,从而使民法回归到“人法”的本来面目。
