| 摘 要： | 十六大提出要发展我国的文化产业,通过文化产业的运作,把丰富的文化资源变成一种综合国力,文化产业正在逐步成为国民经济新的增长点。发展文化产业,必须规范文化行政部门的管理职能和各类文化企业的经营行为,积极引导合法经营,维护正常的市场经济秩序;深化文化体制改革,创新运行机制,为文化产业发展提供体制与机制保证。

| Abstract: | The 16th National Congress of the CPC of China put forward to develop cultural industry in China,let abundant cultural resources become an overall strength through running cultural industry.The development of cultural industry should standardize a management function of cultural administrative department and running behavior of cultural enterprises,actively induct legal running,safeguard normal order of market economy,deepen the reform of cultural system,innovate a running mechanism in order to provide a systematical and mechanical assurance of the development of cultural industry. |
