Legal Problems of Code of Conduct for Multi-national Corporation

Code of conduct for multi-national corporation is the developed result of the globalization of economy. Its kennel is to restrain the business of multi-national corporation and take the social responsibility. Based on the character of the busi- ness of multi-national corporation, code of conduct sponsored by them must take some relation with the domestic law of the host countries. In the meantime, although code of conduct is drafted by multi-national corporation, its legal effect was concerned by international society, and it is a trend to draft the united code of conduct by international society.
