| 摘 要： | 非法行医是社会顽症，需要加大打击力度，刑法与相关的行政法律法规都有对非法行医制约和处罚的相关条款，但依据现有的法律法规，在查处的有效性方面还存在一定的难度。本文就非法行医的表现形式和现有的法律法规的可操作性作探讨。

| Abstract: | Illegal practise medicine is a social problem,the demand enlargement stroke strength,the penal code and the related administration rule of law all have to illegal practise medicine the related item of the check and supervision and pun- ishment,but according to the existing rule of law and laws,punish for illegal practise medicinethe of usefulness to still exist a certain difficulty.The artical that illegal practise medicine of the manifestation makes a study with the maneuverability of the existing laws. |
