| 摘 要： | 随着青少年犯罪率的急剧飙升、犯罪行为暴力程度的不断升级,少年法院逆向转处程序机制应运而生。有必要借助法律经济学成本—效益评估方法考察少年法院逆向转处的可行性。逆向转处的收益能够通过其他替代性方式获取,并不具有独占性的优势;其成本耗费超过了所预期的效益,不能适应青少年犯罪整体控制的发展要求。
