| 摘 要： | 合同法中有关缔约过失责任的规定,标志着我国已正式建立缔约过失责任制度。但我国的缔约过失责任制度只是刚刚提出,比较抽象、原则、简单,缺少可操作性。应尽快作出补充规定或出台相关的司法解释。
