| 摘 要： | 围绕高教部提出的高职学生的培养目标和素质要求，对用人单位、国内外同类高等院校进行调研和信息搜集，再结合教学的工作体验，对高职证券投资专业学生实习实训教学改革有关内容进行深入研究。通过转变观念、突出情境教学、创新方法等方式，使学生逐渐进入将来实际工作所要担当角色中去，渐次完成从学生到高等技术应用人才的转变。
