| Abstract: | To strengthen the Party's leadership and supervision over politico_legal affairs is the essential guarantee of advancing "the rule by law" and improving the level of rule of law in our country.Party Committees at different levels should strengthen both the macroscopic leadership and supervision over politico_legal affairs,and the microscopic management of them. |
