城市居民委员会自治现状及法律原因分析

Autonomy Situation and Legal Reason of Urban Residents' Committee

Urban residents' committee has the independent legal status and personality given by the Constitution and law,and takes play active roles in real community autonomy.However,the system value missed mostly for the government interference,resident's omission and committee negative act.The article points out that this system should be improved form legislation,execution,follow the law,supervision and relief in the angle of law.
