加强查缉战术培训 提高我区警察实战技能

针对当前涉枪暴力犯罪日益增多,公安民警在警务活动中常常和犯罪分子直接对抗的事件时有发生。因此,提高公安民警查缉战术业务能力显得日趋重要,本文着重阐述了对公安民警进行战术法规、战术基础动作和实战演练等内容的培训。通过实践证明,开展查缉战术培训工作,是提高公安民警实战业务能力行之有效的途径之一。

To Strengthen the Tactical training of Pursuit and Arrest of Policemen and Enhance the Skills of Actual Combat

At the present,as the increasing of shooting violence crime,the things of antagonism often happen between public security officers and offenders. So it is very important to improve tactics ability of public security officers. This article mainly explain the training of the public security officers about their tactics statutes,basic tactics and the using of practice.It is fully proved through practice that to develop the training work of pursuit and arrest is one of the effective ways of improving actual combat abillity of practicers.
