| 摘 要： | 以模拟现场勘查为代表的模拟侦查教学,运用当代大学教学理论,可以从传统的只重认知性学习转变到以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点的目标上来。模拟犯罪现场勘查的组织实施要现场布置逼真,勘查过程要体现学生的主体性,注重模拟勘查价值的反馈性。

| Abstract: | Simulative scene detection is the main course of police detection teaching. The application of current educational theory could transform teaching from traditional mode to creative one. In order to organize the simulative detection course, the instructor must carefully arrange simulative scene, acquit students and attach importance to their feedback. |
