瞬态诱发耳声发射技术在法医学伪聋测试中的应用

摘    要:对57耳进行瞬态诱发耳声发射(TEOAE)测试,分为正常人组、感音性聋组、鼓膜穿孔及伪聋组,发现正常人组TEOAE阳性率100%,感音性聋组听力受损大于30dB时TEOAE不能检出,鼓膜穿孔组在TEOAE阳性率为0,伪聋组TEOAE阳性率高达93%,反映TEOAE技术在500、1000、2000Hz平均听阈大于30dB时,TEOAE阳性率极低,提示是继ABR之后又一客观检测方法,而且较ABR更为快捷。

The application of transient evoked otoacounstis emission in evauating counterfeit hearing loss
Abstract:To evaluate whether transient evoked otoacounstic emission(TEOAE)technique can provide a effective method of identifying counterfeit hearing loss, the function of cochlea in 13 cases of sensorineural deafness (SD), l9 cases of tymponal perforation(TP)and 15 cases of counterfeit hearing loss (CHL) was compared with 10control subjects using transient evoked otoacounstic emission technique in this paper.The results showed that although subjective auditory threshold appeared medium or serious deafness in CHL group, other tests of audition such as acoustic impedance and audtory threshold of auditory brainstem responses were normal,tympanal perforation-induced by trauma have been healed. There were no significant difference in positive rate of TEOAE between CHL and control subjects (CHL = 93%, Control =100%,respectvely. ) The positive rate of TEOAE in SD and TP groups was significantly lower than that of control subjects (SD= 38. 5 %,TP = 1O. 5 %,respectively. p <0. 01). These findings suggests that TEOAE technique has characteristics of nortrauma,steady and repeatable,it is a effective method of identifying some subjects of counterfeit hearing loss.
