| 摘 要： | 改制企业加强工会自身建设 ,必须注重在源头参与中体现工会的维护职能 ,注重在议大事、抓大事中提高工会的地位作用 ,注重在为职工办实事中赢得职工群众的信赖 ,注重在调查研究中取得为职工说话办事的主动权 ,还要注重发挥工会的整体功能。

| Abstract: | To strengthen trade unions' own construction, system-changing enterprises must lay stress on embodying the maintenance functions of trade unions in source participation, on improving the status of trade unions in discussing and grasping major issues, on winning trust from staff and workers by doing real jobs, on gaining the initiative of speaking and handling affairs for staff and workers in investigation and research, and on playing the whole function of trade unions. |
