| 摘 要： | 如何实现我国国民经济的可持续发展是“十一五”规划的重要议题。在中央确定了“要进一步扩大国内需求,调整投资和消费的关系,增强消费对经济增长的拉动作用”的指导思想之后,通过何种途径扩大消费需求成为社会关注的焦点。我国工会作为劳动力市场化条件下企业劳动者工资增长机制的实现主体,将为推动国民经济可持续发展,落实“十一五”规划战略目标发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | How to realize the sustainable development of national economy is an important topic of the eleventh five-year plan.Under the Centre Committee's guiding thinking of "to enlarge domestic demand further,to adjust the relation between investment and consumption,and to enhance consumption's drawing function to economic growth",how to enlarge consumption demand attracted social attention.As an actor of the mechanism of wage increasing under marketed economy,trade unions of China will play an important role of promoting sustainable development of national economy and fulfilling the goal of the eleventh five-year plan. |
