Abstract: | The problem of policy implementation“blockings” is a hot and difficult issue for political and social psychology research area in recent years. Based on Theory of Planned Behavior and Affective Event Theroy, the authors propose the hypotheses between political trust and policy implementation performance with the consideration of the moderator effect of emotional contagion, and test them based on 162 valid questionnaires. The empirical results show that political trust has a significantly positive effect on policy implementation performance, and emotional contagion plays a partial moderator effect in the relationship between political trust and policy implementation performance. |
