| 摘 要： | 城乡统筹这一视角下的农民工问题本质上是指向农民工向城市转移和回乡带动创业这两条路径，畅通这两奈路径是发挥农民工承接城乡统筹纽带作用的有效切入点，从而使农民工成为带动农村经济发展的重要力量，并促进城乡之间的良性互动。
