"一国两制"下人民内部矛盾问题初探

在“一国两制”实践中,人民内部矛盾出现了一些新情况、新问题。两种不同性质的经济基础、政治上层建筑、社会意识形态并存是人民内部新的经济、政治、思想文化矛盾的直接根源。其中两种不同性质经济基础并存是诸种矛盾最深刻的根源。必须坚持国家统一原则,“两制”长期共存、合理分权原则,用“一国两制”、发展经济、依法治国、沟通交流和宣传思想工作的方法,妥善处理“一国两制”实践中出现的人民内部矛盾。

Preliminary Study of the Question Concerning Contractions among the People under the Condition of "One Country with Two Systems"

Some new situations and problems have emerged concerning contradictions among the people during the implementation of the policy of"one country, two systems". The-existence of the two economic foundations,political superstructures and social ideologies which are different in nature are the direct origin of new contradictions in relation to economy.politics. ideology and culture among the people. Especially. the co-existence of two economic foundations which are entirely different in nature has been proved as the major source of the various contradictions. We must adhere to the principle for reunification of the country.the principle of co-existence of "two systems"and rational distribution of power and meanwhile.properly solve the contradictions among the people coming up in the implementation of the principle of "one country.two systems" by means of developing economy.ruling the country by law enforcement.regulating intercourse and ideological and publicity work.
