| 摘 要： | 现有的解决耕地抛荒的措施不过是权宜之计,不能从根本上解决农民耕地抛荒问题。在农业和农村经济发展新阶段,狭小的农产品销售空间是农民耕地抛荒的根本原因。而“减少农民,增加市民”则是解决农民耕地抛荒问题的根本出路。

| Abstract: | The present way of solving the problem of wasted cultivation turns out to be an expedient measure,and to impossibly solve the problem of wasted cultivation at the root.In a new course of economic development of agriculture and rural areas,the basic reason of such the problem is the narrow sales space of agricultural products,while The fundamental way of solving it is "a reduction of farmers' number and an increase of urban inhabitants' number". |
