十六大把“三个代表”写在党的旗帜上 ,要求我们把学习实践这一重要思想提高到一个新的水平。为此 ,必须完整准确地把握“三个代表”重要思想的科学体系 ,将其作为我们党长期坚持的指导思想 ;必须用“三个代表”重要思想全面武装我们党 ,实现党的第三次理论飞跃 ;必须研究解决经济建设和改革全局中的重大现实问题 ,开创全面建设小康社会的新局面。

Improve the Implementation of the Important Thought of "Three Represents" to a New Stage

The 16th National Congress of CPC has inscribed the importa nt thought "Three Represents" on our party's cornerstone, calling on us to improv e the implementation of "Three Represents" to a new stage. Therefore, party mem bers should grasp the important thought of "Three Represents" completely and ex actly to make it our party's long-term guiding ideology; should arm our party w ith the impor tant thought to realize the third leapfrog in our party's theory, and should exa mine the important realistic questions in economic constructions and reform to e nsure the progress in economic reform and opening up, and create a new situation in building a well-off society in an all-round way.
