| Abstract: | Along with China's social development,the research of criminal procedure law in our country is developing.Pursue harmony,protect rights,regulate powers,innovative ideas and serve the practice have become the Keywordsof the research of criminal procedure law in 2007. By faithfully records and objective review to the key words,we hope that we can get some meaningful enlightenment on the development of the research of criminal procedure law and the process of the rule of law in China. |
