“以人为本”视角下的德育创新

摘    要:人的主体性理论、人本主义教育思想以及“文化人”假设的理论等充分显示大学德育创新的根本在于“以人为本”。当前大学德育弱效的原因有德育价值不可选择、德育内容远离生活、德育过程缺乏沟通、德育评价简单划一等。因此大学德育创新的原则策略在于坚持发展性原则,促进德育目标的重申与反思;坚持开放性原则,加强德育内容的整合与选择;坚持互动性原则,重视德育方法的探索和创新;坚持规范性原则,追求德育评价的优化和实效。

Abstract:The principles of subjectivity, humanism and the hypothesis of "intellectuals" fully manifested the basis of morality The causes of inefficiency in college education include the non - selectivity, distraction of the educational content, lack of communication, etc. Therefore, the principal strategy of ideological education innovation should be holding on the principles of development, openness and communication, and exploring new methods and improving evaluation system.
