| 摘 要： | 继承是既与一国的政治、经济制度有关,又与一国的文化传统、婚姻家庭有密切联系的法律制度.涉外继承关系是否能得到正确的法律适用直接关系到涉外民事主体的财产所有权是否能够得到法律的有效保护,因此,对俄罗斯关于涉外继承的法律适用规定加以探讨和研究对我国相关立法进程有积极作用.

| Abstract: | Heritage is a legal system which is in connection with a state's political and economic system as well as a state's tradition,marriage and family relationships.Whether foreign related heritage rights can be legally protected in a country directly affect whether foreign related civil party's property rights can be effectively protected.Hereby,this article mainly focus on the implementation and application of Russian foreign related heritage regulations and a deeply research is carried on accordingly. |
