The Internal Relationship between Modernization and Social Public Order

Modernization, the essence of which involves the issues of social transformation and reconstruction of public security order, is internally related with social public order. The internal relationship between modernization and social public order is specific： on the one hand, modernization has both positive and negative effects on public security order and influences it from different angles; on the other hand, public security order impacts on modernization significantly.
