| 摘 要： | 自古以来,关于什么是正义,"一个人有一个人理解"[1],马克思和恩格斯并未曾直接阐述过什么是正义,但曾在著作中批判过资产阶级关于正义的理论。后来的马克思主义者们从马克思与恩格斯的经典著作中寻求马克思主义的正义观,但是存在两种误解。在马克思看来,只有实现"每个人的自由发展"才能实现实质正义,可见,马克思的正义观是"以人为本"的正义观。

| Abstract: | Towards justice, different people have different understandings down through the ages. Marx and Engels had not elaborated on justice directly, but they had in their books criticized the justice theory of capitalists. For years, the subsequent Marxists have been seeking Marxism justice in Marx and Engels＇ books. However, there are two misunderstandings. In Marx＇s eyes, the virtual justice can only be realized when personal free development comes true. Thus, it can be seen that： Marxism sense of justice is people-oriented justice. |
