经侦民警在职培训若干问题思考

当我国经济发展处于蓬勃之际,经济安全却着实堪忧。经济犯罪已是威胁经济安全的重要因素。其巨大的社会危害性,是公安机关重点打击的缘由。如何有效提升经侦民警的业务素质和实战能力则成为热门的科研课题。虽然在职培训是实现这一目的的现实载体,但在职培训的构建、教学内容的选择、教学方法的运用、教学师资的培养等多方面依然不甚完善。因此,解决以上问题成为提升经侦民警在职培训效率的关键。

On the Problems of In-service Training of Economic Crime Investigating Police

While China＇s economy is in vigorous development, economic security yet is quite worrisome. Economic crime, a big treat to economic security, is particularly combated by the public security organs because of its social harm. Therefore, it becomes a hot research topic to effectively improve the professional quality and actual combat ability of the economic crime investigating police. Although in-service training performs as a practical way to achieve this goal, the following aspects still need further improvement, for example, the construction of in-service training, the choice of teaching content, the application of teaching methods, and the cultivation of faculty members. As a result, to solve the above problems is the key to improve the efficiency of in-service training of economic crime investigating police.
