| 摘 要： | 招录体制改革背景下公安院校大学生(以下简称"体改生")的警察职业精神培育是"体改生"教育培养的核心问题。公安院校"体改生"的入警动机、生源构成和培养目标,决定了其警察职业精神培育的必要性和迫切性,因而有必要从警察职业道德教育、警务化管理、警务实践活动和学管队伍建设等多方面对"体改生"的职业精神进行建构。

| Abstract: | The education of the police professional spirit of cadets recruited under new system is a core problem faced by police higher education. It is necessary and urgent to cultivate the cadets＇ professional spirit because of the personnel structure, training target, and the cadets＇ motive for joining police forces. Therefore, the cadets＇ professional spirit should be constructed from the following aspects as the education of police professional ethics, policing management, policing practices, and the construction of management team. |
