| 摘 要： | 秘密侦查是规定主体对于在侦查相对人知情的情况下难以开展或者无法完成的非强制性侦查活动,以隐藏或欺骗方式加以实施的过程。本文从对法哲学概念论,秘密侦查的历史演绎,秘密侦查的特征,秘密侦查的内涵、外延等各个方面的论述,提出了秘密侦查的概念。

| Abstract: | The secret investigation is to provide the non-compulsory investigation that is difficult to carry out or unable to complete when the subject is knowing,is to be implemented in hide or fraud way. This paper discussed from the concept of the law philosophy,the historic interpretation,the characteristics,the connotation and extension of the secret investigation,to put forward the concept of the secret investigation. |
