| 摘 要： | 法律效果、政治效果和社会效果有机统一,是近年来我国司法机关的主流用语,对检察工作也产生了很大影响,逐渐成为衡量检察执法成果的一个重要标准。目前。各地检察机关在实践三效合一的道路上,已经做了一些有益的探索和尝试,不可避免地也遇到了一些问题。笔者借用法哲学中的应然性和实然性理论,对检察工作三个效果关系问题进行分析,并对其实现路径展开探讨,以期对检察实践有所裨益。
