| 摘 要： | 我国检察机关的审判监督工作流于形式,效果不佳。其表面原因在于主观上的监督意识缺失和客观上的监督方法的缺位,根源在于检察权配置问题。本文从检察权配置的角度对当前审判监督工作的难点提出自己看法,并对改革发表一定见解。

| Abstract: | The trial supervision of the prosecution in China is formalistic with the poor results.The superficial reason is the subjective lack of supervision sense and objective absence of monitoring approach,but the root is the configuration of the prosecutorial power.From the perspective of the configuration of the prosecutorial power the authors put forward their views on the difficulties in the current trial supervision and expressed some views on reform. |
