| 摘 要： | 当前工会专业教师队伍存在急剧萎缩的趋势,这与当前工会干部教育培训工作的需求非常不适应。要全面完成全国工会干教会议提出的任务,就要探索工会专业教师队伍萎缩的原因,找出应对措施,从而建设一支稳定的高素质高水平的师资队伍,以承担起新世纪工会干部教育培训的重任。
