On Some Important Interrelationships Taking Place in Course of Implementation of Anti- monopoly Law

In China,Anti-monopoly Law is a new law department.Because of it's complexity,the Anti-monopoly organization will be confronted with a few of new questions in course of the law implementation.For example,the Anti-monopoly Organization must focus its attention on disposing of four interrelationship between competition policy and industrial policy,between Anti-monopoly organization and industrial supervision organization,between formal procedure and informal procedure,between public implementation and private implementation.
