| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业集群是一种新的区域经济模式,它是区域创新系统的核心,它的出现和发展提升了区域产业的竞争力,促进了地区经济的快速发展。根据我国不同区域产业集群的特点,我国应首先打造原创产业集群,并从财政税收上加以扶持激励,以促成我国高新技术原创产业集群的形成和发展。

| Abstract: | The cluster of new and high-tech industry is one kind of new regional economic mode, which may become the core of regional innovation system. Its appearance and development have upgraded the competitive capability of regional industry, and have promoted the fast development of regional economy. According to the characteristics of industrial cluster of different regions in our country, this paper points out that our country should make the original industrial cluster at first, and give support and incentive from the aspect of fiscal and tax revenue in order to facilitate the formation and development of the original industrial cluster of new and high technology in China. |
