| Abstract: | The first taboo in the process of anti-kidnapping negotiation is that the police negotiator can't actively and effectively control the direction of negotiation, which shows that the negotiator is incapable of giving full play to the negotiate skills and predicts unfavorable results of the anti-kidnapping negotiation. |
