| 摘 要： | 在环境问题日益严峻的今天，多国政府开始关注相关的立法和制度实践。但是我国环境问题的特殊性以及现行司法制度的现状却难以有效解决当今环境问题。而韩国的环境纠纷调停制度作为诉讼外解决环境纠纷的一种制度实践，将对我国相关制度的建立提供有益的借鉴模式。

| Abstract: | As the environmental problems are getting worse at the present time, many governments will pay more attentions to the practice of concerned legislations. Yet the special characteristics of those problems and the current situation of Chinese judiciary system retard a effectual resolution to the environmental problems today. So some ceirtain Alternative Dispute Resolutions （ADR） to the environmental problems are getting the attention. As to this practice, and regarding the relevant conciliation system of environmental disputation of Korea as a practical system, we may find certain tips to the set - up of such system in China. |
