缓刑制度是集刑罚社会化、个别化、人道化于一体的刑罚制度,符合刑罚价值取向和人类文明进步的潮流,同时也符合我国宽严相济的刑事政策精神,在我国刑罚执行体系中占据重要地位。鉴于刑法的稳定性和社会生活的发展及刑罚价值取向的转变,我国缓刑制度亟待完善。

Probation system has played a very important role in penalty execution system.Being a penalty system combing social penalty,individual and humanity,it conforms to the value of penalty and the trend of human civilization progress and also embodies the spirit of the criminal policy of temper justice with mercy.In view of stability of criminal law,developing of social and change of the value of penalty,the probation system is still left to be perfected.
