| 摘 要： | 本文从中国特色政党制度与民主协商机制关系的历史、现实出发，指出中国特色政党制度内在的民主协商机制具有建设民主党派政治资源的主导性积极作用。必须充分认识影响当前民主党派创新发展的机制性障碍因素，进一步加强民主协商机制建设，实现民主党派政治资源优化配置。

| Abstract: | From their history and reality of the relationship between the political party system with Chinese characteristics and democratic consultation mechanism, this paper points out that the internal democratic consultation mechanism in the political party system with Chinese characteristics democracy has leading positive role in construction of democratic parties＂ political resources. We must fully realize the systematic obstacles of affecting the innovation and development of democratic parties, to further strengthen the construction of democratic consultation mechanism, realize allocation optimization of democratic parties politics resource. |
