The Analysis of Advantages and Disadvantages of Settlement by Agreement on Medical Dispute and The Countermeasures

Settlement by agreement is an important way of solving medical disputes,on which laws concerned have pres- ented explicit statements.In practice,however,there is possibility that this method could be abused.In this article,the author believes that the key to eliminating the abuses is to conform to laws when action is taken and only so the legal interest of both hospitals and patients can be guaranteed.
