| 摘 要： | 北京市区采暖期二氧化硫污染严重,大大超过国家二级标准。为保证低硫低灰份优质煤推广工作的顺利进行,必须颁布北京市煤质地方标准以及锅炉大气污染物排放地方标准,并争取国家批准北京市提高对二氧化硫的收费标准。

| Abstract: | There is serious superscale of SO2 during the heating period in Beijing, which greatly exceeds Class 2 of the national standards. In order to popularize the use of high-quality coal containing low sulfur and low grime, standards of coal quality and boiler exhaust in Beijing should be made. At the same time,the charging fee for SO2 should be increased. |
